Thanks, the jib definitely gives it a little flare. I also read, for the first time, that the boat was double hulled. It could be used in the Gulf. PGO said that they project that production will equal 50% of their income, at some point. Assuming their seismagraphing stays constant, it will double the company's income.

I would guess the jib is to assist the chopper pilot in avoiding hitting the stabilizing cable. The jib also gives a certain asthetic appeal, balances out the big column.
