The company fits the profile of what we work with and that is some sort of a proven asset. Even if the drilling turns out to be a bust we know that the company can go back next year and mine 20-30k ozs. Rex Diamond, another former client had 3 operating mines in South Africa and Armada Gold (although in poor shape today) had 8 million ounces of gold in Russia. We don't feel comfortable backing a pure green field exploration. I have a lot of confidence in Bob Burban. His track record of 8 deposits and 2 mines helped a lot when we were introducing the company to the mining companies and analysts. Interestingly, we had no problem getting in to see anybody. This is either a great story or they have nothing to do these days.
