I didn't know that, but I have got to think that they are not desirous of the bad image they are and will continue to get from folks like us. Anyone considering an online broker would be out of their mind to give E trade a passing glance after reading just a few posts here. You can bet if we are complaining on this site others are also. That kind of PR will kill them in the end, more than anything NASD will do. So...while we might not get immediate justice I think over time they will get theirs.
