Total shares are 2.7 million according to SEC 10Q doc. I am also trying to find out their debentures, but it shouldn't matter too much as long as their growth is fast. If you look close to their revenue increase, you will realize that they are growing at the same pace as other internet business such as Amazon, Yahoo or E-bay. They are focusing on the advertising industry of EDI/e-commerce in New York. It is a real company because New York's rent is expensive but advertising is lucrative. This company has potential to rise above five dollars range and move to Nasdaq within six months. Please tell me what you think of my opinions and share your DD, thanks!!
