Is the private placement of a prefered that wcti is doing "floorless".How many shares are there currently outstanding and how many will there be later?

Dear Paree, Another step in the right direction. The compensation issue for the "people" that work for the promoters ( as there called although it is a loose term ) is interesting. I had heard that shorts will hire people and based on the # of responses they get, they are in turn compensated above and beyond a flat rate. Ironically this was mentioned during "our previous barage of negativity". Thank you for the article as well as the links at the bottom, I for one intend to get off an E to them with copies of "our previous barage of negativity". I encourage others to do the same. L & $$$ WCTI,, Barbara Speedster - Thanks for the heads up, very pleased he put out his positions. There are two choices, sell and try to time because you think the stock will tank again and you can get back in or join a rally of buying and see how quickly he covers. Watch for the pattern of small repeated sells all it takes is small repeated buys to counter. Watch for market sells, this is a desperation ploy used to create panic. Nobody by themselves can control this issue on the upside or downside, it is for each shareholder to what side of the fence they want to be on. Further, there is no fence sitting every 100 share order helps either side!!!
