Remember all the naked pictures of famous people? Those people couldn't do anything about it.

Alyssa Milano was one of the first actresses to win a case against people who posted nude pictures of her (her head, somebody else's body). She was not able to get a conviction because of the nude pictures but she was able to win the case against them for using her fame to draw people to the site. It was called unlawful use of her fame. The defendants had to pay alot of money.

I don't know if it is illegal what that person did, but check out this site sec.gov. Interesting reading.
