Joan, The market had a tough one today but our GNET ends UP 2 5/8 @ 56 1/8. If you liked the news of top MSFT talent going to go2net then you will like today's news. Barnsandnoble have hitched their wagon to GNET. See company news.
I'm going to the mountains on Saturday to spend some time on my land next to the wilderness. I've been trying to act like nothing is going on but MRS.BLUE has found a new lump in her breast. Her primary Dr. felt it too, so have I. This is the third cancer scare since my Wife finished her surgery, chemo and radiation treatment three years ago. We start this one like all of them with mamo and ultrasound. For days now, we wait until the appointments (test) and then the news.
I was not going to talk about this but people should know what life is like when life includes cancer. I'm not saying oh poor MRS. BLUE, we don't think like that, we do think people should know what battling cancer means. We thought you should know about Rita.
MRS. BLUE being the wonderful person she is, is saying "this will be nothing". She tries to act like this lump doesn't bother her but, when she walks up to me and says, "I need a hug", I know why.
Me I'm doing my job, strong guy, no shown fear, nothing to worry about, everything will be alright, the good husband. I'll be with her for each test. I quit my corporate job years ago job, for just such a reason. I knew then we were in a war and that a war is made up of many battles.
God do I hate cancer. PLEASE perform self breast exams, ask your friends, family and loved ones to do the same. BLUE

Good morning. Thought for the day " I felt sorry for myself because I had no shoes, then I saw a man with no feet".
The futures have taken off and we may see some of that money that is sitting in money markets and other boring places. Within the next week or so I should be turning out some good dd type research.
Some things I try to remember, ways to deal with stress
1. Laugh often.
2. Sleep well.
3. Eat well.
4. Don't abuse your body (icksnay on the oozebay, no booze, cigs or other things that are bad for you, if you can't quit then slow down).
5. Exercise your body.
6. Exercise your mind.
7. Take your dogs for long walks in the woods.
8. Spend time with friends and family.
9. Be thankful.
10. Remember the glass of life is either half empty or half full, and you make the call. BLUE
