Joe, there were 3 trades in the after market, after the announcement at 4:45, all were over 17. So there is hope that this might be viewed positively.

If you recall ASND's acquisition of Stratus (for their SS7 platform), the market first reacted negatively, then finally figured out this was absolutely essential to a company focused on sales to carriers.

One more acquisition ?! They haven't been able to digest Berkeley yet, and now 80 million for one more... short candidate at 17 ??, should hit 12 ??
