Little Talleywhacker, My guess is you misinterpreted the post.(so what else is new) I would take it to mean that most SEC accredited auditors will be busy doing taxes for firms during tax season and get around to auditing books after their busy tax season is over. jmho. MarkC. Don't you have any experience with accountants or CPA's during tax season? geez get a life.
