I just wanted to add that a look at Zack's shows only 3 firms covering the company 1 strong buy which I know is Cowen and 2 regional
firms with moderate buys.Total just 3.ISIS is under followed and that is ISIS and only ISIS fault. If they brought in Cowen or another firm you know for all interested parties who are long there is going to be an effort to support the price and thus limit size of deal, dilution,or ensure the greatest amount of cash, value, is garnered.I don't understand, this do it on your own strategy, being in everyone's best interest. You do a $40mm deal and pay $1mm fee and get the PR that goes
with the deal. The underwriting group will have a vested interest in ensuring this deal goes well.IMHO
