In a normal legal action Shakespeare refered to >the law's delay<. The Armeno situation is different because in this case Newmont, the defendant, is blessed with the lawsuit. It gives that company a chance to acquire a 20% interest from a minority holder and at a very discounted price(which would take some time to explain). Therefore, my bet is that there will not be a legal fight; there will be a charade aimed at the best negotiating position. But this will wear itself out very quickly, as do all negotiations where both parties gain. The loser will be Merukh. Both Newmont and Aremno will be the winners.

See the post on the Aremno thread by the IR man refering to Newmont's postion which I have just elaborated.
