Jon: Trade update: I've got a couple of things brewing in my personal life that have kept me from posting. You know, though, it's really nice to be missed. I'll try to be here a bit more. I shorted the pants off ADIC (woo woo) at lunch today and it shot up in the afternoon. I sat staring at the monitor, sweating, when it dawned on me that there was nothing I could do to change the way the stock was moving. I did a brave thing: I went to the kitchen and baked a batch of oatmeal cookies. We're having a blizzard here in Ct. today and as I looked out the window and smelled the cookies baking, I remembered why I love doing what I do: it allows me to be home. The stock market grinds on.
