That's pretty much the way I
figure it. As I mentioned
previously, they might owe
some hefty taxes, too.

I know, let's find out from
Zeev, he'll know.

According to Zacks, insiders
own almost a million shares.
I am not that concerned that
they are looking to get out of
100K. Additionally, it might
be that they have options to
exercise, and need the cash to
do so.
