>>What does Paul H. get 10k mo. for?<<

What he does is IR--investor relations. He handles troublesome phone calls from malcontents like us.

A good PR firm would be telling mutual funds and brokers all over the country about TSIG's story and prospects. We have a way to go before mutual funds can buy, but you get my drift.

It shouldn't be very hard to find one, given our current connections with Hwang, TEMPO, Signature and Lifetime Learning Systems. Hopefully we will pay in cash and not stock.

Hi JC - this was in the Wall Street Journal Interactive Edition today regarding Stockprofiles.com...

"The SEC said it settled another illegal touting case with Hastings
Communications, the owner and publisher of the Stockprofiles.com website. The SEC alleged Hastings violated the anti-touting provisions of the securities laws by publicizing the securities of publicly traded companies on the Internet without disclosing fully that it was compensated in cash and stock by these companies. Without admitting or denying the allegations, the company agreed to refrain from future violations."

Sounds like it may be time for a new PR firm.

Regards,

Phil
