I don't know the numbers but I remember it was huge with the benefits and all it's supposed to save Hartford. While in Denver it has now been discovered that the new stadium will be too tall in violation of a scenic ordinance to protect the mountain view. Just wait and see how our government re-regulates this. Meanwhile our newly elected right wing jerk governor is about to sign a bill turning Colorado into the ok corral, everyone can carry a gun day, has signed the gay bashing legislation of forbidding gay marriages no matter where they took place and has cut the budget of MILLIONS that were going to be used to expand and repair the junior college program.
