As I said before, I called the company FOUR times and have yet to speak to anyone but the receptionist or the answering machine. I was told I would receive a call back "in a minute or two". That was two days ago. The IR person apparently is a student and in class most of the day. I wouldn't be surprised to find out HQ is a trailer in some parking lot somewhere in BFE.
