Paul, re. PWEB, I called IR and told the guy I wanted financial statements. Knowing quite well that they don't file, I asked him if they file their statements with the SEC, and he seemed confused. Didn't know what I was talking about. I explained how most public companies file their quarterly and annual reports with the SEC, and how they do this electronically, and this seemed to light a pretty dim recollection in his head.

So I would agree that they won't ever file.

I'll wait till I get the statements in the mail. I wish I had asked for a copy of their proxy, too, but I forgot. That's something I usually study on Edgar, but I'm just so unaccustomed to dealing with a non-filing company that I didn't think to ask him.

The guy was eager to send me an 'investor's pack', so I'll see what's in there, too.
