It certainly looks that way. Anything over 6 15/16 with accompanying volume would do it.

Also...for fans of the 89, 3, 5 screaming buy signal...Both AKLM and ROSS have very possibly demonstrated a turn up on that indicator from just over the 20 level after a drop from over 80. It's early here on both but early represents the lowest risk area to initiate a position. From here, a stop loss would be pegged to the 89, 3, 5. A move of the indicator to under 20 would be a sell signal. As long as that does not occur, both stocks would NOT go down.
