Hi Bully! I have no idea. I just think it's going to go up. As you probably know, I wish that NPEC had fewer shares out there....but what the heck....if I think it's going to go up....then I think it's going to go up. And do you have any idea how difficult it is to change my mind? <g> So.....I also think that by the end of the summer it will be higher than what it will be by the end of March...and I think that by the end of March, it will be higher than what it is right now.
