Antonio, I can't agree with you more. I experienced the same thing. I think they were updating the site at the time because the connection always was lost during that period... and, I think Concentric secondary offering was priced when the connection finally worked...

and FYI, my brother also went thru the same thing, and when the orders finally went thru, within 81 seconds difference, the reference number was up already by 30... neither of us got any allocations.

Also, I wonder if people who have Cable Modems, or direct T1 or T3 lines with much faster response time were not affected like the rest of us.

Antonio, I'll tell you what I told my brother. This is not the last IPO, so let's see how can we improve the chance of getting in on the next one.

best of luck to all, and congratulations to whomever got allocations..

Keep in mind that because you couldn't get in, neither could anyone else, so all is still fair.

Judging from the messages here and on the forum, by the time the system went down, all the shares were probably allocated already anyway.

The "easy money" days are over.. nothing lasts forever. Wit's downfall is that they are too successful, and there are too many people on the Internet. And not enough shares to go around.

James.
