Here are my thoughts.. Ken Klotz is inept to run the company.. I've talked to him several times, and he sounds very uneducated, and has a difficult time answering basic questions. It is no wonder the new company processing the Best Bank portfolio passed by CLCK after talking with him.. They probably laughed all the way home and took a large short position knowing full well CLCK would dive after they gave their business to someone else.. I attribute this nose dive of this company to Ken Klotz.. Way to go Ken, you just screwed good people out of alot of money..

Dave

P.S. I sold the majority of my shares..

Well, just read the filings. More than 80% of the business was with one customer – Best Bank – who was closed by the FIDC!

The majority shareholders of the company resigned because they are implicated in the bank failure. See that admission in the press release of November 3, 1998

Lots of talk about new customers – see all the previous news releases – but no new business. See the 8-K filed on February 17, 1999. If you read the 8-K you can see that the company has risked too much, ($1,000,000 of working capital loaned on a non recourse basis), to get the processing revenue generated by the Best Bank portfolio.

No conversation about other business? Why? I'm coming to some pretty nasty conclusions about what happened here.

Comments anyone?
