That's pretty funny but its not BII, as I'm sure you know.
BII's float is about 38-45 million shares, although there are still some technically not "floating" as they are still in the form of warrants.
Also BII has 50 Million authorized shares (I believe).

This is my definition of the float vs. non-float. If anyone takes exception, let me know.

FLOAT = Shares issued and outstanding, actually held and/or traded by other companies and individuals not restricted from trading.
NOT FLOAT = (1) Shares still held in the corporations treasury, (2) shares "restricted" and not yet tradable, and (3) warrants not yet exercised.
FLOAT + NOT FLOAT (should) = Total shares authorized by the SEC (woops sorry ... not the SEC, but whomever authorizes them in Canada)
