Yeah, yeah... Mr.D pulled his limit buy order after the meeting. I'm still bullish though. I unloaded NXTL today for about 30 minutes, to free up some money to buy more DGIV. It won't take too much. I wish this company had some reporting though. I've found out, when a non-reporting company wants to start reporting, they can no longer depend on their own internal numbers. You do have to hire and outside independent auditor, to conduct an extensive and thorough audit. I hope they get a good auditor. I tried to audit one of my companies a couple of years ago, and I paid an accounting firm for 6 months while the guy sat in one of the offices, conducting the audit. After 6 months, he had only conducted 6 month worth of audit. Needless to say, I did not pay the bill, and I did get a new and better auditor and accounting firm. It is not easy when a company has an established accounting method, and someone from the outside comes in with a different twist on things. An IRS audit took 6 weeks one year - but at least they looked at 2 1/2 years of books. I just found out last November, that one of my accounting people was not using the computerized system properly, yet she was able to balance every month. It ends up, I paid tax on several hundreds of thousands of dollars that I did not need to pay tax on. :-) Big refund with the amended return, but I would rather have done it right the first time. Let's give JC time to do the books right. I do not know the history, and if there have been accounting irregularities in the past. But let's see if they can get the books done as they indicated in the meeting, and if not, then reward them with what they deserve. Jack
