I agree with Vancouver, the capital of P&D. Do some scams there, take off for a nice island, on your British empire passport. Well, the Alberta exchange is worse, on par with the CBOE....Ever been to arbitration? They should call it castration. Done all of it, much wiser now, having paid my tuition.
