California doesn't have an online database for corporations, unfortunately. For what it's worth, WellRich and Company isn't incorporated in Nevada.

You just don't get it yet....do you? Wellrich is to AZNT as Mork was to RMIL.....a purposeful distraction away from the fundamentals of the subject company. Can we expect (someday in the future) that you will suggest to AZNT shareholders that they should join in a lawsuit by Wellrich against AZNT???.....seems reasonable to me. And, of course, you will suggest this from a victim's perspective....like you are doing now on the RMIL thread. lol
