As an aside, a certain hardware company, which shall remain nameless, refused to send me drivers to their hardware (I lost the original disks). Their website had drivers, but those drivers did not support all of the features of the hardware. After calling them, they had the nerve to ask for $10 for the drivers. Ten lousy bucks! Naturally, I said no :) They couldn't help me. "Your supervisor please"...He was also useless- on to the next level..."Your supervisor please"- this guy ALSO wouldn't do anything. After a nice logical, intelligent conversation with this guy about how INSANE it was for them to lose me as a customer over ten bucks- I had gotten nowhere. Then I used the following promise: "I will crucify you on the web"...the drivers are in the mail...

And lastly- The Postman has to be the worst film ever made...Uh..Greg told me how bad it was...I would like to see it remade and called "The Stockbroker":

"Are you really a Stockbroker?"

"You'll know when you get your confirmation"

Die-Hard Gamer #1 will buy a V3, then get curious about the TNT2, return V3, get TNT2, then return TNT2 to try P3 and they cycle continues.

I think you hit upon something here.

In my last visit to Fry's in San Diego there were at least 7 TNT and Banshee cards on the shelves with the Fry's "Previously Owned" stickers. Basically, these are cards that people have bought, returned and they've been put back on the shelf at a discount. I've always seen these cards but never in that quantity and usually more TNT than Banshee.

I thought this was siginifcant with the V3 announcement being made. I wonder how Fry's feels about supporting that type of retail customer.
