Lauri, This one is for you. With Mr. Jean_Pierre Collardeau's permission. This is in response to your email regarding Alvina Collardeau. Alvina is my daughter and sits on the Board of Directors of ProNetLink. She works for an International news agency in New York and brings quality ideas and a strong international understanding to our board. ProNetLink does not compensate her for her participation on the board. In the beginning of 1998, she and my son Thomas came to me with an idea for an Internet business targeting college students. It was a good idea and they started to look for a company and financing to produce it. They found a shell company called Continental Holdings, acquired a majority of the common stock, changed its name to Starnet and started to work on their project. After some intensive due diligence it was determined that there were already too many competitive sites within this field on the Internet and the idea was scraped. Mr. Michael Tal, who has no relationship to ProNetLink or any member of my family, contacted Starnet and said that he had a business venture that would be interested in the company. Alvina and Thomas resigned from their positions as Officers and Directors of Starnet in October of 1998 and Mr. Tal accepted the position as sole Officer and Director of Starnet at that time. During our marketing mission to the Middle East ProNetLink was introduced to a company called Click On-Line. This firm represented the state-of-the-art of Internet development within Israel. After meetings with many local firms and the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce, it was determined that it would be in the best interest of ProNetLink and its marketing mission within that region if ProNetLink could use the services of a local development firm to build a portion of the PNL site. Click On-Line was commissioned to build a portal for PNL and interface with the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce on our behalf during this development phase. ProNetLink never has had any relationship with Starnet, and, since last October, neither Alvina nor Thomas Collardeau has had anything to do with Starnet. I can only recommend that you speak directly with Mr. Tal if you require more information. Thank you for your support of ProNetLink and please feel free to contact me or my office with any other questions you may have. Sincerely, Jean Pierre Collardeau President ProNetLink, Corp.
