Realize that the chart although very weak looking at present, is hinting at being oversold. The volume on down days has been meager at best.

The chart shows NN trading dangerously close to resistance. Low volume is very bearish, not bullish and shows the stock is still in distribution.

If NN can stay above resistance today, it may indeed indicate a turnaround. With the overall markets in an interest rate fear, NN may not be able to hold its own.
