We are still in for a shock, although we may have it easier than the rest of the world. I hope it turns out to be a non-event and the dow goes over 10K for good! When John Templeton on Wall Street Week a long time ago predicted the Dow would top 5K before the year 2000 everyone hooted because of his optimism. Now we see he was too pessimistic by far! What I know for sure is the ICBM code named NAMX invented by Dr. Stamm has nuked by investment into a tax loss, which I finally took on this return. On to other future losses! I hope not. What do you like these days?

Are The Palestinian Arabs ALREADY Prepared For War, May 4 or Not? by J Herring The continual dance by Arafat regarding May 4 on and then May 4 "delayed", has this continual dance put Israel and the U.S. in a trance? Flood[s] of large amounts of arms and ammunition have ALREADY been smuggled into place within the West Bank and Gaza areas. Indications show that the Palestinian Authority (PA) are ALREADY geared up for war after the Israeli elections. Does the PA possession of over 122 armored vehicles indicate they are ALREADY prepared for war? Does the force strength and full armament of the Palestinian Arab standing army (PA Police) indicate that the PA is ALREADY prepared for war, sadly yes. Why is the IDF stopping the Yishuv self-defense access to a single anti-armor weapon? Why? Mistake, yes a mistake of grave proportions because the PA are ALREADY for war, and any and all preparation by Israel, its communities, and its citizens could prove very crucial in the time ahead. How many citizens would this possibly fatally affect, around 200,000 Israeli lives within Yesha and surrounding areas! WHEN the PA USE their ALREADY [prepositioned] arsenal, it will further make IDF attempts at defensible positioning even more indefensible along the Jordan without Israeli Yishuv self-defense. Indications are that many are trying IGNORE this very REAL THREAT on the horizon. Physical indications dictate that the PA is ALREADY prepared for war. Physical indications dictate that Egypt is ALREADY prepared for war with their over two full up armored divisions in the Sinai, and their fervent building of [multiple] military airstrips in the Sinai. Physical indications north of the Golan [influx of Russian equipment and advisors] dictate that Syria is ALREADY prepared for war even though the Russians are in upgrading stages of Syria's war arsenal. Are there many IGNORING Yesha's STRATEGIC & ECONOMIC part of Israel's SURVIVAL? Sadly it appears so. The PA have ALREADY trained themselves for "first strike" capability against the communities of Yesha. Why deny Yishuv self-defense their self-defense? Ma'ariv article in December showed IDF admission of PA possession of armored vehicles. PA night training indicates they are ALREADY prepared for war. All need to ask the HARD QUESTIONS and get the HARD ANSWERS "NOW", rather than later when the shooting starts. Preparations made in "advance" CAN avert catastrophe later. Will the IDF response to PA attacks be inadequate to defend the communities of Yesha? EXACTLY what hard concrete steps are there to defend the communities of Yesha? The residents of the communities of Yesha must be allowed the capability of self-defense. To deny them this ability is nothing short of criminal. The residents of the communities of Yesha MUST be allowed the ability to change any current policy that is detrimental to their well being and survival. The ONLY correction for flawed and inept peace (piece) policies, is ADEQUATE SELF-DEFENSE for EVERY centimeter of Israel!
