Re: HS - Did you ever hear of the cockroach theory? Well, Wall Street does and it may be applicable to this company.

I now know why this sector is establishing new lows. MICA and HS earnings disappointments have been projected over to TECD and IM.

I am noe losing $$ with TECD so I do not have any interest in going long with anymore companies in this sector. The 2 year charts for TECD and IM appear to correlate with each other. See if HS fits in and then be prepared for at least a 6 month time horizon if you decide to invest in this sector.

I don't know if we have hit the floor on this sector yet, so we may want to may a partial investment. P/Es are meaningless if you don't definitely know what the earnings will be. I suggest being skeptic as the current price reflects the cockroach theory. Earnings and other company news releases today are so full hype and bull. The SEC should require earning news to be written only by the firm's CPA.

P.S. Similar bargains may be TRL (may emulate PDX?) or SVE. It all comes down to your knowledge and comfort level with a particular line of business. Right now, I'm doing better shorting than being long.
