I particularly liked the part where he said I think if you truly have a long-term investor, have a one-year horizon or longer. You want to buy low, sell high and last year's losers are going to be the beneficiaries of a lot of things... I guess that's why he's a CIO and I'm just a lowly individual investor. I never knew that "buy low, sell high" stuff. I'll call up Dean Witter tomorrow first thing and set up an account. Frank
