To Marcus Shelby: On 2/19/99 in message #3558 you stated:

"http://www.financialsolutionsweb.com takes no free stock from
the companies we promote. We buy small positions in well managed
companies that have good potential and have a reasonable chance of
moving up in the next couple of months."

Since the recent financial report on ETPI came from "financial solutions", I assume that either you or one of your associates was the author. Am I wrong? If not, why the reticence about taking public credit for the work? I am sure we all would also dearly like to hear how you got to the $4.50 target? Since I am very long on the stock I certainly hope you are right. Care to share any more info and insights with us?

Terry, I find no Edgar filing for today. Plus look at MSFT's insider selling below. It's pretty interesting.....all SELLING...big stock positions by all sorts of insiders of Microsoft (link at end of this post).

ETPI FILINGS:
freeedgar.com

1) could you provide the link? I can't find it.

2) If it is an actual planned sell, how many shares does he have remaining (i.e is this a sale to help pay for a house he is buying or a daughter's college education?) but he still reatins a large position in the company?

does it represent all of his ownership or just a small part?

That is a key question... WHY he sold. I mean Bill Gates just sold about $1,000,000,000 worth of MSFT stock. ONE BILLION! Did he need it all?

Look below.....you would think MSFT is going under. Interesting huh?
