Dave,

I guess sometimes I am a paradox!? I guess it's because I try very hard to see both sides of the coin. I try to put myself in each person's shoes to fully understand what they are feeling. I was once very good at that, but lost it somewhere along the way.

As far as the stock reaching $4.50, I think $3 would be a much more reasonable target and $2 would be even better for this year. That's my pessimistic side. I think the $4.50 target is a little hype as you do, because they do not show a strong financial basis for their target price and they don't show a timeframe. But that doesn't mean that it is not attainable.

If I were paid to bash this stock, you would be seeing all kinds of information dealing with financial numbers, etc. There's a lot out there and some of it makes it hard to see the opportunity in this company.

Just so you know where I'm coming from...I invested in a penny stock company called QZAR (OTCBB:QZARF). This company was fully-reporting and audited by one of the Big 6 firms, KPMG. The financials were outstanding with lots of promise. Even with all this going for it, the company went bankrupt. The books were cooked and the auditors didn't catch it. I didn't feel too bad once I found out that even the famous Hunt brothers lost over $10 million in that investment.

There were a lot of things different between that company and this company. One reason I brought up the question about the financial statements being filed late was to try and get an idea about funny accounting. I was pleased with Doug's answer, and also please to see the audit cause a restatement of the financials even though it was negative. It gives me more confidence in having clean books.

I hope this information will let you understand a little more where I'm coming from. I hate to see people lose money, and there have several here that have sold out for a loss because they bought into the recent runup that was hyped so much on this board.

This stock will deserve better treatment once the company starts performing and shows profits, which I hope will be very soon. I'm sure this summer will be very good for us. I was just hoping to buy a new house before then. ;-)

I hope people were loading up over the past few weeks.

Regards,
Steven
