Agree it's amazing that they announce such kind of 'NEWS' to entertain the shorts. There is absolutely no substance in the 'NEWS'. No numbers. Pure PUMP. Hope I have a chance to dump tomorrow.

TRIIboy & Midas: Hear ye! Hear ye! Surprise! Surprise! A new hype release from SHRP: SHRP's auction site has "greatly surpassed" Dicky's expectations. It's a "rousing success" says Mr. Hype extraordinaire just after the company files an S-3 to sell 150,000 shares for a seller that "currently intends to sell all of those shares". If the stock is so cheap why are the in-the-know sellers & Dicky dumping stock? Why is Dicky hyping the auction site with words and no numbers? Maybe Dicky can't quantify a rousing success and that's why the "AUCTION FACTS" numbers box was removed from this site page on Wednesday and there are no numbers in the press release. Maybe Dicky's expectations were zero! Maybe the S-3 disclosure that the "comparable store net sales charges were as follows": Fiscal year 95 : 3.3 Fiscal year 96 : -2.1 Fiscal year 97 : 1.1 9 mos. Oct. 98 : 3.1 show that sales after returns have been anemic so the stock should sell in single digits - OH! Dicky you should really thank the Lord no one has filed a class action suit and gone to the SEC, yet.

Hey Dicky - why don't you put out a press release listing the "RISK FACTORS" for SHRP detailed in the S-3 prospectus available for all to see at www.freeedgar.com? How about this one, quote: "we may not succeed in achieving profitable operations in marketing our products over the internet". Quite a contrast to the PR bunk Dicky catapults over the Dow Jones. Implication here is that the net is not profitable and not likely to be for a long time. Also note that the internet only gets one line in the whole prospectus. This tells you that the SEC won't tolerate Dicky's hype. Contrast the S-3 to the air ball news release.
