You are correct..the settlement is suppose to be signed and we are suppose to off and running with the new company shortly (90 days) thereafter. Things look good from this angle and we are hoping for the best in all cases. Did you read the PR News Wires that were posted? That should give you some indication on the status at least the preliminary status of what is happening. Having Australia involved will be a great thing. Keep your fingers crossed. TBG
