Of course it has an impact. A very material impact on the company's valuation. The company is playing with words in the press release. Just look at the last restated 10Q. Prior to restatement the year-to-year revenue growth works out to about 45%. With restatement the growth is 35%. The true growth is indeed 35%. It is hard to believe they called the number immaterial.
