To all: I spoke with Seeq investor relations today about the merger with LSI. They talked about the time frame at the annual meeting. First they must get approval from the SEC and the FTC and then get shareholder approval. This takes from 60 to 90 days or April or May to close the deal. They are not expecting any delays so lets see how fast LSI management is.
Someone at the annual meeting asked if Seeq could have moved the stock price higher then the LSI offer by themselves. The reply was the board considered this and thought the LSI offer was better.
