Market Gems Update Since I have my pop up script for the charts, the newsletter and Watch Lists will now include more charts. The Newsletter will no longer have charts filling up the pages and making the newsletter over 6 pages and sometimes as much as 11 pages, but will include customized 'pop up charts' when you click on the stock symbol . Links to news articles will be just links and not the article fully reprinted. The Newsletter will be a follow up of the calendar and include mostly technicals information and some "news". that will render the earnings play more likely to be profitable.

The Charts for Fundamental Analysis will be on the calendar as they are now for the March 1- March 5 periods. Not all the companies will have fundamental charts at first but eventually they all will. There will be an e-mail going out to all subscribers with instructions to make sure you have the java console opened in your browsers. Java is the new way now for most of the finer stock selection and financial sites and you should really have a java enabled browser.

Intraday updates on Silicon Investor will have better codes so there won't be any confusion between the watch list and newsletter picks. You must remember however that we give those mostly as a courtesy and in good faith and other stocks sites that have updates usually have a chat room and/or charge 3-400% more than we do. It is because of the large amount of subscribers and the unique situation we find ourselves in having our 'home' on Silicon Investor and great rapport with the staff of GNET and SI that we can offer them without any raise in subscription rates.

Starting from April 1st 1999, the Newsletter and Watch List will officially be separate subscriptions as they are in most stock selection sites. During the heavy earnings season there will be more emphasisis on intraday updates for the newsletter than the watch list and it will be priced accordingly. The watch list will be tailored for the slightly more experienced trader although beginners would have a better chance with our watch list than comparable stock selection sites since they will include charts with either breakouts or early-breakouts (stocks about to break out). where most stock selection sites have 1 or two charts, we will have 5 or 6 charts. It will include between 8 and 10 picks because we feel that is an excellent number so you can be assured to find at least 2 good trades in various sectors without the confusing 25-125 traders follow daily.

Market Gems will soon be part of the AB Watley 'team' and there will be incentives for those of you wanting to start AB Watley accounts.

Market Gems will also soon be part of the WallStreetCity team and our banner ads will be run on that site as a permanent fixture. On Monday we will be discussing more ways our site and wallstreet city/telescan T.I.P.(the software) will interact.

Anyone subscribing until March 31,1999 will have a full 52 weeks period (March 31, 1999 - March 31, 2000) with both the newsletter and watch list as they now have with no raise in prices for March or in the immediate future. It will make no difference if you are on board for 1 day or 6 months. Prices will change however for new subscribers after March 31 1999.

The only compromise we ask in return is if you are having problems with 2 watch lists is to either ignore one or just use 1 watch list a day. The purpose of separating the newsletter and watch list is to make it easier for subscribers to concentrate on only 1 list (either the watch list or the newsletter) and if you will be getting two (for the price of one) you are responsible for coordinating them to suit your trading habits.
