Tomorrow is the big financing announcement day for CYOE.

If I had to guess:

1: An unknown overseas company or private party hard to trace.

2. "An agreement in principal" subject to "definitive terms".

3. A death spiral, floorless convertible, toxic financing.

Get prepared to expose them...
