It'll take a few days for 'em to email it... We'll see what turns up. ------------- According to the NASD on-line report, Quiel's son worked for SHAMROCK (AKA SCAMROCK) !!!! They were the ones behind the NYER medical scam that I lost around $95,000 and spin-off shares of NYER and Genetic Vectors. In that scam NYER had a shareholder of record date that they claimed NASDAQ changed for it's spin-off of GVEC. Shamrock was also behind an alleged (failed) short squeeze in NYER, and there was (is) an active SEC investigation into the incident(s).
