John: There is again a group of Vancouver based persons whom are involved with an attempt to save NPA. These persons have no previous relationship to the earlier directors and they are currently doing their due diligence. I am satisfied they are sincere in their effort and I anticipate some good news in the near future. At this point in time I am not prepared to release names of the prospective saviors, in case they decide to withdraw. Perhaps Mr. Holland at the VSE can once again provide information. Trevor
