Hi Greg
This is off the topic although I plan to buy some shares in your company.
What is your take on the FCC ruling ..nobody seems to be buzzing about it yet? I find it very threatening..if down the road we would have to pay for the internet on a minute to minute basis ..that spells one huge damper...
I don't know how much power the Bells have..but it would seem in this
recent tulip mania,if one puts all the internet related companies together, their market cap would blow away the Bells etc..
Also I wonder if different states who are not getting tax revenue from
internet related businesses might try to stop the flow of internet sales-(I heard somebody propose that the government might impose
a general internet tax on sales..)living in NYC with 8 1/2 percent sales tax makes me quite eager to buy what I need off the net and save almost 10 percent right there..
Bobby

Questions for Mr. Writer. I don't normally post to the boards but I do read them often. You don't often have the CEO posting, so would like to take this opportunity to ask a few questions. Are you looking to emulate CMGI which trades around I think $120 a share? These companies that you are acquiring with stock incentive, can the investors in 1st net have access to pre IPO shares also? That's it for now. Thanks Steve Lowrie
