Your knowledge of math is equal to your knowledge of mining. If you have 8 diamonds and sell half you end up with 4. Several months later you can still sell half of your remaining diamonds. Then you end up with 2. You could go on selling half of what you have forever but that would involve fractions. You are not ready for that yet. Imagine what a half of a half of a half would do to you.
