Marty, I really enjoy your late night "fireside chats." Usually read them before I bed down for the night, makes me sleep better (unless, of course, you have some bad news to share, but that, thank goodness, hasn't happened yet). Please keep these going as much as you can. It could become a thread tradition you know. Its almost as if you gather the thread "family" around the fireplace nightly for a summation of the days happenings and a perspective on what is unfolding before us with the dawn of a "new" Company.
