I had time to burn, so I was looking at options. Have lost plenty of money in stocks, so I thought I'd try my hand at losing them in options. -g-

Seriously, I've been thinking that the only way to go long a stock is to sell puts. If you really really like a company, sell the puts, then pocket the premium. Play that game for profit and if worse comes to worse, buy the stock because you've really wanted it anyway.

If I am conservative and have the money to cover my puts if I'm putted the stock, I think this is the best way to go long. Anyone?
