Link to latest OCOM proxy filing.

edgar-online.com

They are now proposing a 1:7 reverse split instead of a 1:5 (sometime in April)

When the original proxy was filed, OCOM was around 2. Over the past few weeks, it has dropped to 1

Current # of outstanding shares - 6.88 million (after proposed reverse split - 0.98 million shares).

There is a 3.125 million $ convertible involved (2.5 million held by
convert bandits and 0.625 million held by insiders/employees)

I am estimating that OCOM will run out of cash around the end of April. If the secondary fails to raise an adequate amount of cash (I am estimating that they are in immediate need of 8 million), OCOM will be in deep trouble.

After the reverse-split, stock should be very difficult to borrow.

Regards.
