I am a newbie to this thread (I have been watching it for the past week or so). I just bought into AOL right before the split. I know that this is just speculation and rumors in the mill, however I have a few questions in regard to a possible merger with AT&T for you AOL experts:

1) In a general sense, do you think this would be good for shareholders?

2) What do you think this would do for stock price? In other words, would AOL/ATT still act as an Internet stock, or would it act like a Dow stock?

3) Do you think that the management teams could work together? Steve Case and associates are probably more adventurous and risk-taking than the ATT management. In other words, would this merger be a good fit or would there be power struggles?

Thanks in advance for any and all replies.
