Wake up Call- "Internet calls are now long distance calls" <<The Federal Communications Commission insists Thursday's action merely resolves a dispute among phone companies over how to compensate each other for Internet connections and to clarify the role of state and federal regulators. It said the decision won't affect how consumers tap into the Internet or how much they pay.>> Can the RBOCs successfully sue and get long distance access charges for internet calls? That is the question.
