Sorry,i mean support is at 0.20.The stock should stay above that.All we need now is strong day of a volume over 200,000.That would confirm everything and it would push it over 0.25,maybe higher.Good luck to all...

Mr. Thomas Kennedy reports Management has closed its convertible debenture private placement announced in Stockwatch Nov. 25, 1998 providing gross proceeds of $200,000 (Canadian), which has a onversion feature allowing conversion into units at a conversion rate of 15 cents if converted in the first year and 20 cents per unit during the second year. Management has closed its private placement announced in Stockwatch Dec. 7, 1998 for 1,333,333 units at 15 cents providing gross proceeds of $200,000 (Canadian), each unit comprised of one share and one two-year warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional share at 15 cents per share during the first year and 20 cents per share during the second year. The securities issued will bear a hold period of four months (hold period expires April 4, 1999)
and the warrants will expire on Dec. 4, 2000. The proceeds of the financings will be used for continuing exploration with respect to the company's Chilean mineral property, general working capital and payment of current obligations. A finder's fee payable to Woodcrest S.A. (of 77,000 shares with hold period until March 24, 1999) applicable to the convertible debenture of Nov. 24, 1998 and a finder's fee payable to Woodcrest S.A. (of 98,000 shares with hold period until April 4, 1999) applicable to the private placement of Dec. 4, 1998 have been approved by the Vancouver Stock Exchange.
Chile Geophysical Program Further to news in Stockwatch Jan. 25, 1999, the induced polarization and magnetometer written reports have now been received. An initial review indicates that the results are consistent with conclusions from the previous geological data
