Is this off topic? I apologise If US is a melting pot, then India is a multiculture, which would disintegrate at the drop of a hat. South India is a good example. Why do these politicians believe that every one of them has to become a kutti maharaja (the small caps are deliberate!) karunanidhi has passed a policy which says that all English medium schools should have three subjects taught in tamil. I think that is the most stupid thing to do! If the Solicon Valley respects indians it is because one does not have to teach them English. They have no trouble communicating with the others all around the world. He wants to take away that confidence, the only confidence we have in the world. The people are goats and sheep in that state. Get him down people! When he was there the last time he brought forth a whole generation of people who could not speak a single word of Hindi, learnt to hate the language and so made an island of the state. He is doing it again! Is there no one, and nothing that will stop that idiot on the podium? Why is he so determined to destroy everything in the country. Why does he want to destroy every child in the country. Why is the state allowed to make decisions in the school system! Language is for communication. It should not in any way handicap a person from exploring outside his world. Karnanidhi always harps on language to get votes.
